back to May 29, 2001	They live in a rooming house two doors down from us. Dave fixes used fans and vacuum cleaners & sells them on the
	front lawn. Dell takes care of the big garden in the back yard, gives everyone tomatoes at the height of the season, and works on cars from time to time. Sooner or later the landlord will sell the house to a nice young couple or a real-estate speculator, and the neighborhood will become duller and grayer.	©2001 Al Wasco email website
