GreenBuilt Homes, Ltd., a Cleveland-based company, was founded in
1999 by Jim LaRue, Mike Kucera, Phil Davis, and Carlton Rush, P.E.
Each of the partners brings many years of housing industry experience
and plus a unique perspective to the company.
We believe that the quality of new housing can be greatly increased
without a great increase in cost. Our product is an affordable house
with high energy efficiency, a healthy interior, low maintenance,
good livability and a visually pleasing design.
We are developing houses for the low and moderate income market,
beginning in the City of Cleveland. Our houses have earned the U.S.
EPAs Energy Star and the American Lung Associations
Health House approvals.
GreenBuilt Homes is working with Building Science Corporation of
Boston to create prototype homes using design principles that can
be adapted to both smaller and larger homes. |
