Tables have a storied history on the Web. They were originally set up to hold tabular data,
but soon found themselves being asked to help create complicated layouts.
Most folks have moved away from using tables for layout purposes, preferring CSS instead.
But there are some folks that still use them. Because tables have been so integral to the
Web it is important to know how and when to use them.
