Is it just me, or does it seem that life goes at warp speed? We barely have time to sit and talk with our spouses, kids, parents. Some might say you're just getting old. I say, speak for yourself. In all the frenzy we sometime forgo a home cooked meal like the one mom used to make for us. Single moms, and dads, often are too overwhelmed at the end of the day to throw a pot on top of the stove and dice vegetables.
This site I hope will help visitors to realize the many options for placing a good, nutritional meal on the table without a lot of frustration. It could even be fun if done as a family, or couple.
