A delicious meal you can make in minutes,
tastes just like your favorite Italian restaurant, but better!
- 1LB linguine pasta
- 1LB fully-cooked frozen shrimp
- 1 package real crab meat
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach
- 1½ sticks unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp. minced garlic
- onion powder
- chili powder
- seasoned salt
- pepper
- shredded asiago cheese
- grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- dash of salt
Boil water, salt, and olive oil, and prepare pasta according to directions. While the pasta is cooking, in a large frying pan sauté together the shrimp, crab, butter, minced garlic, onion powder, chili powder, seasoned salt, and pepper. With the spices I typically use about ½ tsp. of each, however, add more or less to satisfy your taste. In the last 3 minutes the pasta is boiling, add the spinach. When the pasta and spinach are done boiling, drain and return to the pot. Pour the meat and sauce mixture over the spinach and pasta, and mix it all together. Serve onto individual plates and top with the asiago and parmesan cheeses.
