Idea: Finding popular tv shows that are related to specific amendments (CSI, Lockup, etc) and play snippits of video that would get the gist across about why that specific amendment helped or hurt?
Interesting fact: Gen Y will pay attention to a video for 6 minutes as opposed to approximately 57 seconds of text.
