Why I’m Taking Web Publishing I

I am taking Web Publishing to help me do my job better and be more valuable to my company. I work for a small firm and cutting cost is very important especially in today's economy. I hope to gain additional information to help me manage our web providers more efficiently and effectively. Eventually, I would like to be able to build my own website or at least make basic changes to existing ones.

My Goals

1. To learn enough about web publishing to be more effective at my job
2. To build my own websites some day
3. To run a marathon - this is totally unrelated to the class
