Paulette M. Willis

About me

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, I left to attend Michigan State University. With my teaching degree, I moved to Washington, DC, where I taught mainstreamed blind and visually impaired students for several years.

Leaving teaching and working with a blinded veterans' organization, I eventually moved back to Cleveland to be closer to my family.

Several years later after the move, I'm back in school again. This time, I'm an Interactive Media student at Cuyahoga Community College.

My goals

I hope to eventually design web pages -- so I'd better get this (X)HTML/CSS stuff under my belt.

Favorite things

I love:

• the squeals, giggles and curiosity of little kids,
• a book that keeps me up all night because I have to read just one more chapter, and
• the quiet peace of early mornings with only the twittering of birds breaking the silence.
