This week we learned about wireframes, which is basically a rough sketch of how your site will look. This is not from a design perspective, as it doesn't include colors, or the exact images you'll use, etc. The wireframe is simply a map of what will go where on the site, which will give the designer a guide to follow, and it will let the clients voice any concerns before having to wait until the site is already done.
We voted for travel as the main theme for our final projects. My site will focus on 5 cool places in Cleveland that you won't find in a travel guide. Often when people travel to a city, they are only shown the touristy things to do. My site will focus on places that only people who live here would likely tell you about. From the main page, you will link to separate pages for each of the places. Below are some wireframes I did as possible layouts for the homepage. Please excuse my awful drawing skills.
