What is the PRIMARY goal for the web site?
To reach 300 potential home buyers per month; providing them information about Greenbuilt homes concretizing of the ideals of sustainable building practices as they build affordable, eco-friendly, energy efficient, accessible, healthy houses in Cleveland's urban neighborhoods; generating three inquiries/month.
What is the SECONDARY goal of the web site?
To educate community activists/organizers, investors, developers, builders, investors, and public officials about sustainable building as practiced by Greenbuilt Homes with the intent of pushing the envelope so as to seriously consider "green" building when redeveloping the urban communities; generating one phone/e-mail inquiry per day.
What overall impression should the user have about the site?
- Green (Eco/environmentally friendly)
- Healthy Homes (good air quality, allergy/respiratory conscious)
- Energy Efficient
- Committed to Community (investment in real connections to the neighborhoods in Cleveland)
- Affordable (How do we maintain a pricing that doesn't gentrify the neighborhood?)

Who is the Target Audience?
- People interested in "green" building, (healthy house, environmentally friendly, energy efficient, accessibility issues), who affect public policy, and can see Greenbuilt Homes at the concretizing of those ideals in Cleveland's neighborhoods.
- Young Professionals who want to be located minutes away from the action, and would prefer to walk there.
- Empty-nesters who have been living in the suburbs and want to return to the city to be close to what a city has to offer in regards to community and cultural activities. (Note: the return of middle class blacks who have been living in the suburbs, are tired of the taxes, no longer have kinds in school and want to return to the city. This is largely a population of school teachers, social workers, nursing, medical professionals.
