Official: Right to keep and bear arms. A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
What it means to you:
It protects your right to own guns and use guns to protect the country. There is debate whether this is a right that protects the state, or a right that protects individuals.
