Wilson's is quite possibly the most famous restaurant in town. The rumor is that Dave Thomas once visited Wilson's and that was where he got the idea for Wendy's Restaurant Chain. Nevertheless, Wilson's has the best burgers in town. It is family owned and operated and the menu has changed very little since its original opening. When you walk in there isn't time for looking around at the pictures of George H. Bush visiting the restaurant during his campaign. You must pay attention because there are rules for how you order and if you miss out you could go hungry. Don't worry, the staff is nice and they will help you learn the way. It is definitely an experience not to miss out on. Once you've got your meal you can sit on a stool at the window with the regulars and watch the Main St. traffic.

Miller's Luncheonette is also a significant experience. It is an old fashioned diner or "greasy spoon" as some say. It is also family owned and operated and has been serving Findlay for a number of years. Upon arriving at Miller's you will find an extremely nice wait staff who will seat you as soon as a table empties out. As Miller's is almost always packed. You will never have to wait long. Its always nice to take a seat at the bar, read the paper or catch some news on the tv while you watch them flip burgers and run back and forth getting your meal. Whats are the menu highlights? Regular patrons will tell you its the Roastbeef Manhattan and homemade pie ala mode. Be sure to check out the old pictures on the walls of the restaurant through the years as it survived several floods being close to the river. When you're through take a stroll down to the riverwalk.
