Big Dog TheatreLaughing is theraputic. Cleveland doesn't always have a lot of sunlight, which can make it kind of depressing at times. That's why Big Dog Theatre rules. There's always something funny going on. Every other week, you can catch their house improv team, Thunderlips And The Submissives. You can also catch local and touring comedians doing their stand-up routines. Last Call Cleveland, which features Mike Polk, internet-famous for his "Hastily Made Cleveland Tourism Video," also do events at Big Dog. In addition to comedy, the club also hosts plays by local theater companies. Big Dog is located in the historic Centrum Theatre in Coventry, so the building itself is worth checking out. |
