5 Cool Cleveland Spots You Won't Find In A Travel Guide

Cedar Lee Theatre

While you can see the latest blockbuster at the nearest megaplex, Cedar Lee offers you a different movie experience. The theatre shows the best in independent film, and is a favorite for Cleveland's movie nerds. They also show cult movies at midnight on the weekends, in additon to their monthly showing of "The Rocky Horror Picture Show," where die-hard fans dress up and a local theatre troupe performs with the movie. Cedar Lee was also where the Cleveland International Film Festival started. The CIFF is now one of the country's best film festivals, and is recognized by the Oscars for it's short film selections. Oh, and it's also the only theatre in Cleveland where you can get beer and wine at the concession stand!
