Filling – In a bowl, make the graham cracker crust per box instruction and press in the bottom only of a 12” spring pan. Bake crust for 8 minutes at 350 F. In a mixing bowl, mix all of the cheesecake ingredients together in a electric mixer. Blend until smooth. Pour over baked crust. Bake for 1 hour at 300 F. Remove from overn. Topping – Mix sour cram and sugar together. Add in vanilla. Pour over cheesecake and bake in oven for 5 minutes. Cool and refrigerate overnight. Serve with fresh strawberries.
