Remove and discard mushroom stems. Wash and dry mushroom caps. De-case sausage. Coat a shallow baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place a heaping teaspoon of sausage in each mushroom cap and arrange the mushrooms in the prepared pan. Pour Sherry over the mushroom caps. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Check to make sure the pork is not pink in the middle. Serve hot.
