Press the shiney black button, dammit!
Five signs taped to this machine at Yorktown Lanes make it very clear that the instructions aren't clear at all.
Above and below the "shiney black button" it says "To open door Press button." Not surprisingly, people miss that but notice a big silver handle on the door, and pull on it to no avail. I'm not sure who get's more frustrated, the customers or the staff who have to explain over and over how to use the machine.
This level of ineptness in creating an understandable user interface rivals that of RTA's fare machines (but doesn't top it).
