Ain't it grand?

Finally this year's Click! High School Web Competition is over, and the Grand Prize for best site (regardless of category) was won by Stefan Pulciu, Rocky River High School.

Stefan's 3-D Sign Studios is a bit too heavy on the Flash animation for my taste, but there's no doubt it's a beautifully designed and executed site. The level of sophistication is noticeably beyond that of most high school students.

"I love this. Excellent work. Your design sense is very advanced for someone your age. This site is a very enjoyable experience -- it really takes me into your world. Very nice layout, animations and sound."

As for me, I'm glad it's over. It was a lot of work, but the Awards Night celebration at The Club at Key Center, downtown Cleveland, was a great way to wrap things up. Now, on to next year!
