Local...and I love it
Local artist Julia Kuo has created the 100 Days in Cleveland blog where she posts a daily painting of something she likes about Cleveland. They're wonderful.
I love the idea, her charming watercolor(?) illustrations, and her commentary. You can buy prints of her little vignettes by visiting her Etsy shop.
Here's the Capitol Theater on West 65th street. On Tuesday Joanne and I walked there after supper to see Bill Cunningham New York. It's pretty great to have a movie theater close enough to walk to. One more thing we can do without getting in the car.
We loved the movie. Julia did too.
