- Settling Accounts: Return Engagement
- Alternative history by Harry Turtledove. Interesting idea: the US Civil War ended with two separate nations that wage war against each other in 1914 and later. The book isn't as interesting as the concept. Lots of descriptions of battles, not much humanity or depth in the characters. Not a page-turner.
