Hard labor
It's a family tradition that whenever we visit, Sharon has a few chores for us so we don't spend all of our time eating and drinking. This time it was to dig up a large flower bed in the front of the house. The first day I got this far, kind of lame, but I only worked for an hour.
The next day I was determined to make progress, and ended up finishing the whole thing in a couple of hours. Of course I paid for this the following day with a backache that just wouldn't quit.
