Foggy
Around noon today the clouds disappeared and the sun shone brightly for the rest of the day. The combination of cold, wet ground and the warmth of the sun created a ground-level fog that veiled the park across the street in a bright haze. It was one of those random transformations that nature springs on us, like waking up to the first snow of the season and finding the familiar details of the back yard hidden in a layer of white.
