Downtown destruction
If you live in Chicago or Los Angeles you're used to seeing your city destroyed like this. It's still relatively rare for Cleveland.
What you see is a movie set for an upcoming Avengers film. Cleveland is a stand-in for New York.
This scene shows destruction on "42nd Street" after a battle between Thor and Captain America. The actual location is East 9th and Prospect.
We walked a few blocks to Public Square where the old Higbee's building had a new marquee, making it the SchossPlatz Theater in Stuttgart, Germany.
It was great fun to see hundreds of people roaming around downtown on a Tuesday night. Wish that happened for real.
