In order to serve you better...
The Wasco Family Building & Grounds Department would like to announce the opening of the new Central Composting Facility, the result of over three hours of planning and development.
The new facility promises increased efficiency with decreased labor costs by bringing together several operations formerly housed in different locations.
The high-tech rotating barrel composter has now joined the stacked composter, making it possible to transfer material from one to the other without calling in the wheelbarrow. The new work site also includes dedicated containers for recyclable materials and trash.
We expect increased compost output using the new facility, with no additional workers needed. Al Wasco, supervisor of the new Central Composting Facility, had this to say at today's opening:
"Whew!"
