Cafe life
It was mid-afternoon when I stopped at a Clifton Avenue coffee shop on the way home. Lovely, but I was nearly alone outside enjoying the beautiful summer afternoon.
Not sure if this lack of cafe-goers in the middle of the day is a Cleveland thing or more generally an American one.
When we've visited European and Scandinavian cities, the cafes have been crowded all day long, not just at lunch and after work. I think we work too hard, don't enjoy enough.
