Abandoned store This abandoned big box store along US40 near Springfield, Ohio looks even more lonely against the sparkling blue sky. Maybe there's a lesson here about consumerism or the economy or urban sprawl, I'm not sure.

In strictly visual terms it was such a striking image, pure and geometric, I had to pull off the road to capture it.
