See for yourself

We started the week with examples of interactive websites that in some way miss the mark (Monday, Slavery Footprint, Tuesday, IFTTT).

Today let's look at one that hits the sweet spot: useful, interesting, easy to use.

The Digital Dead Sea Scrolls website lets you look at a high resolution scan of the document while simultaneously reading an English translation.

The site was developed by the Israel Museum's Shrine of the Book in cooperation with Google.

This is interactive done right.
