See ya in the movies...
I got a haircut today because my shaggy look wouldn't fit very well in my upcoming role as a tough-guy in my first-ever video. Students are filming a trailer for the Private Screening student media festival that takes place every May. I've been cast as a trenchcoat-wearing tough guy (guess they wanted to cast against character).
So I'll be sitting in a dimly-lit bar saying things like:
"Dames, they just don't appreciate a hard working man."
Ah, but a minute later the plot starts to reveal itself:
"You know, I’ve even tried visually communicating (beat) but to most women red is the color of lipstick. Their hair is more important than a font choice. Look at this…."
There's a brief interchange with Angela, leading to my final line:
"Interactive (beat) now you’ve got designs on visual communications. Broads."
So, Visual Communication & Design. Interactive Media. Get the connection?
